Non HTTPS usage of the site is now discontinued on several types of device.

This is because major software vendors including Google and Apple are limiting functionality available to non HTTPS sites.

Please ensure that you are using https://mobileroad.org rather than http://mobileroad.org or http://mobileroad.aucklandmotororways.com.

Check which site you are using

HTTP

If the site you access Mobile Road does not begin with https you are using a non secure site

or if you are running the app on an Apple or Android device scroll down to the bottom of the regions page to view the Diagnostic Information section

HTTPS

If you can see the green padlock or if https is shown on the app no further action is required.

Update to the secure site

If you are sure you are using the https site no further action is required. Otherwise please follow these steps;

1. If you use the inspection module please ensure all required data has been uploaded to the reporting site.
2. Remove any existing bookmarks or short cuts to Mobile Road from your browser or and desktop
3. Follow these installation instructions to reinstall from https://mobileroad.org
